Connect with an organization or talent
Search the profile's name in the search bar on top of the page on the left side of your screen. Make sure to navigate over either "People" or "Organizations" depending on who you would like to connect with. After you find the profile that you would like to connect with, click on the profile
Click on the "Connect" button next to the profile's name
Type your message to the profile and then when you are done, click "Send"
Congratulations! Your request is now sent to the profile
