Open a Cardano wallet (Lace)

To Open a wallet with Cardano, first open the Chrome browser on a computer. Then, install Lace Extension on Chrome here.

After installation, launch the wallet and select "New Wallet."

Carefully write down your 24-word recovery phrase on a piece of paper and store it securely.

On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter the 24-word recovery phrase you just wrote down. Enter it carefully.

Once done, click "Next."

You will then be asked to create a wallet name and password. Ensure that the password and confirmation password match.

After setting a name and password, click "Open Wallet."

Clicking "Open Wallet" will finalize the creation of your wallet, and you will see the screen below.
