Rules and Regulations
ποΈ Ecosystem Contribution Requirement
All projects must contribute to the Socious ecosystem since Round 1's matching pool is funded by Socious. Projects can fulfill this requirement by:
Asset contribution: Committing to donate shares, tokens, revenue percentage, or carbon credits to the Socious Treasury (Cf. the Voluntary Contributions section)
Platform usage: Pledging to use Socious Work for hiring and payments once funded
These voluntary contributions will support the sustainability of future funding rounds
π Evaluation Criteria
Project results are determined by a comprehensive scoring system that combines multiple factors to ensure fair and meaningful assessment:
Scoring Components
π³οΈ Community Votes Public support from the community
π° Financial Donations Direct financial backing received from supporters
β Impact Points Earned through active platform engagement:
Contributing time on Socious Work
Contributing funds on Socious Fund
β User Verification Status Verified users carry additional credibility weight
Important: Winners are determined by the combined score across all criteria, not by vote count alone. This multi-factor approach ensures projects are evaluated holistically based on community support, financial backing, platform engagement, and credibility.
